The location was magnificent in a good area, very close to the mall and Medellín. Visited sinko Bar for a few drinks, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, recommend.

Cozy bed in the a twin room, plus central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. Favourable location and great breakfast with many choices. The staff - very kind and welcoming.

Came here for 4 nights with my dog, had a really great stay. Everything was spotless, fantastic and perfect room with a jacuzzi.

Convenient location near two malls, with good restaurants and a food court nearby. Helpful staff, especially for those with infants, and accessible ramp for strollers. Clean rooms and delicious food, with free room service. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

The staff, especially at the front desk and the restaurant, are first rate. They are very accommodating, pleasant, courteous and professional. The restaurant serves delicious meals that are well prepared, well presented and relatively inexpensive, particularly the chef's menu.

The room was not as large and luxurious, nor the view as impressive, as I would expect of a 5-star hotel. However, the staff, the restaurant and the service met or exceeded expectations.

Location: the hotel was right by half mile walk to Metro station Aquatacala, the best shopping centers and supermarkets. For short-orders there was Boogaloo, we found it close by.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was newly decorated, had perfect location close to everything. The breakfast offered was free and large with good coffee, MANY OPTIONS OF JUICES plus FRUITS.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Porton Medellin! The restaurant menu was amazing and we enjoyed every meal. The breakfast buffet had so many options and was much better than what we have experienced in American hotels. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the young morning server in the restaurant who was learning English. The attention and care from the staff was truly wonderful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, away from the noise but still close to everything. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Medellin.

The service is top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The gym equipment is outdated and some machines were not working.
